3. We can either meet in person or over the phone, what ever you prefer.
4. We will speak 2-4 times so you can have information necessary to make the correct decision.
5. After you're a client, I'll call you 3-4 times a year to see if any issues have arisen.
6. If you need to speak with customer service, I'll call the company first, find the correct person to help and then add you on the call. This decreases your waiting time between 15 minutes to 1 hour and you have an advocate on your team. .
7. Each year, new plans are introduced. I'll compare your current plan with the new plans to see what might work. I have products available for every age group.
8. I'll call you on your birthday, just to say hello and wish you an amazing day.
